Most of what we build is residential. We also take on select commercial, multifamily, HOA and institutional projects, and we would rather tell you quickly whether yours is a fit than leave you guessing.
The kind of work we mean
The photographs below are TEMO installations from around the country, not our own projects. They are here to show what these systems look like at commercial scale. Our own commercial photography is being catalogued and will replace them.
Where we are a fit, and where we are not
Bob has done a meaningful amount of commercial work over the years, on both the sunroom and the window side of the business, and it is a part of the company we want to grow. We are already signed on with an HOA for an approved remodel design program, with two projects lined up under it.
What we are not is a general contractor for any and every commercial build. We build engineered aluminum and glass structures. If your project is covered outdoor seating, enclosing balconies across a building, a pavilion for a campus or a park, or a consistent design rolled out across multiple units, that is squarely our work. If it is a ground-up building, it is not.
What we will want to know
Commercial projects turn on things residential ones do not, so it saves everyone time if you have a rough idea of the square footage and how many people it needs to seat, whether the structure attaches to an existing building or stands free, your jurisdiction, and whether the space has to stay open and trading while the work happens. None of it has to be exact.
